Jesus stepped into Peter’s boat and asked him to push out into the water so He could teach from there. Afterward, He told Peter to cast his nets again. Though doubtful, Peter obeyed, and they caught so many fish that their nets began to break. Overwhelmed, Peter fell at Jesus’ feet, recognizing His divine power. Jesus then called Peter, James, and John to follow Him, saying they would now fish for people instead.
